Our Services

The purpose of Little Elm Box 620 Support Company is to provide safety, rehabilitation and assistance to the Fire and Police Departments within Denton County.

Our services include responding with the Fire Department to fires or prolonged service situations to provide rehydration, rest, nourishment and medical monitoring. In addition, we also can provide misting fans and special folding chairs designed to cool a person's core body temperature by placing the forearms in tepid water. This cools the blood and sends it back to through the system.

Our second response vehicle, Rehab 2, provides a restroom facility on an incident scene.

Box 620 members volunteer their time to provide these services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We monitor and are dispatched by the Denton County Sheriff's Office. Our services can also be requested directly by any department.

In addition to emergency responses, Box 620 participates in city events, such as Autumnfest, July Jubilee, and the Fire Station Open House. We are also a Business Lifetime Sponsor of The Heroes of Denton County, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting local emergency personnel and their families in times of need.

Box 620 relies on individual and corporate donations to exist. All funds raised go directly to providing safety, rehabilitation and assistance to Denton County Fire and Police Departments and their personnel.
